How long will it take from being ordered to installation?Depending on the size of the project this may vary, however we aim to have the installation completed approx 6 weeks after ordering on residential projects.

What if I am not sure or confident about my measurements, will approximately be enough for a quote?An estimate quote can be given however we would visit the site to take measurements and give quote for all projects. Contact the team for a quote.

I work full time which includes shift work, are site visits to review the project times flexible?We fully understand that people have life commitments and we work around to plan visits at times to suit each client.

How long will it take to fit my gates?Depending on the size of the project gates typically can be installed in a day, or two if automation is beign installed.

Will there be much mess in my garden if fencing or gates are being installed?We use specialised equipment to make the installation as seamless as possible.

I would not be very good at design ideas so would not be sure what would suit my house?No problem at all, we have a vast selection of products and with the advice of our team we can help get the right product for you

Will I have to pay anything upfront ?A 50% deposit would be taken at time of ordering. Remainder of the payment to be paid either 24hrs before installation date. Or on the day of arrival for installation. This can be paid by card for ease.
